AWWWWW....my daughter and I fed those lil ducks yesterday...it had to be about the same time you took these pictures, it had just finished raining, they were in the same exact spot and kept drinking from that water puddle..in fact I was looking closely to see if we were in the background...your pictures are great, thanks...I love the lakes and the ducks

The problem we have right now (and this is a GOOD problem to have) is that so many houses do have everything we want in our price range. I've done a lot of homework on neighborhoods (on this forum and elsewhere) and so now I guess I just have to drive around and get the feel for them, as well as walking through a lot of houses to see if one or two stand out. It doesn't help my husband and I disagree on the pool/no pool debate.

Default Size house/price range

We're looking for a newer (but not brand new) two story in the 300-375K range. Probably somewhere between 3200 and 4200 sq ft. Katy or Sugarland. A few have pools, but they take up almost all of the backyard, and I have very small kids.
