Does anyone have any experiences with the Post Midtown Square property? Thanks in advance!

Post Midtown Square is a nice property with great amenities, but remember that you will be in the heart of all the night life and with that said you may have some loud neighbors.

I do want to live in a happening area but would prefer not to hear my neighbors.

The previous posters are correct. It may be a bit overkill on partying neighbors and surrounding streets. Check out the AMLI on W. Dallas or apartments around Elgin and Louisiana if you want to be in the middle of everything, yet with an element of peace.

Reading online reviews of AMLI paints a less than stellar picture of the community...

From what I'm hearing, it's poorly managed, overpriced, and unsafe.

Any other recommendations?

Lance

Here is a website where people who live in the apartments rate them.

Agree with poster...I lived in AMLI when I first got there, and moved a little further west on Gray when I found a townhouse. Great area for singles. Quite walkable.
