I thought seeing snakes everytime I go to a park was bad enough, now I gotta worry about scorpions. lol

rubynicholson77056 ... don't sweat the bugs around SL. You're very unlikely to see any that are posionous. Your major threat in the SL area are the idiots on the roads. Especially the ones with cell phones glued to their ears. If you're really freaked about bugs, call a reputable pest control company to take care of those needs. Just my 2 cents.

Hear, hear!! My sentiments exactly...after only four months as a Texan I am ready to declare that drivers here ARE THE WORST anywhere!!!!!!!!!

Of course...the unclear lane markings on Highway 6 in SL don't help!!! Nearly had an accident myself this week when my lane just "disappeared"...but that's another thread and rant!!!

Now...where is that park that you "always see snakes"....??????????

LOL it would be easier to name one that I haven't. That would be Centennial Park in Friendswood but I just noticed last night at football practice that they put out signs to beware of them so they must be there.
