I know every community is different and rules will vary but I was wondering if anyone has ideas on this issue.

My kids ride dirtbikes and we have a enclosed plain black trailer for transport. In addition, we have a third car for long trips. I'm looking at houses with 3 car garages to house everything.

I'm sure some place more remote would be better for all our stuff but I want more of a community for my children with good schools and others to play with. I love the idea of these communities but are concerned about HOAs not letting me have a trailer in the driveway.

I have heard of Motorcross Communities in Houston and was wondering where they are - if you know of any please let me know. My big concern, as all neighbors would have, is the noise from the bikes. We are very respectful and do not run them in and around our neighborhood but we cannot expect that from others all the time. Frankly, I don't know whether I could stand hearing that all the time and I own them myself.

The only place we run them is at the track - If you live in these neighborhoods, rest assured, we will not terrorize your tranquil homes!!!!
lol

I really would prefer not to put my trailer in storage. I t would be a pain to unpack all the time.

i had the same issue moving in to houston so I started looking at ranch style homes. there were a few rentals in good areas like Cypress. you can park anything you want in those. When my sister was helping me search she used MLS listings
