Inexpensive is relative; you will get many more replies if you state how much you were willing to spend.

If you have friends who live in apartments, some complexes will rent out their clubhouse for very little, but you have to clean up.

Finding something that cheap will be a challenge. There is a meeting facility down on Rockhill that is the Meadowbrook civic club's. I think there is a phone number posted on it, you might try that.

The other option might be the Glenbrook Methodist church at Wilmerdean and Glen Valley. They have a big room and they are kind of short on cash I think, so they might rent that out for a low price.

A family member's backyard? Not trying to be rude, but even without researching, I couldn't see too many places renting places out that inexpensively.

See if you can rent out a church reception hall you might be able to find one for a little less
