There is so much wrong with my new home and K.B. Homes wants to just run me around and make excuses for the shoddy work that has been done!

A quick search of this forum before your purchase would have told you to expect such a problem. Not much to be done now.

Actually that info has been on many websites over at least the past 5-6 years. Many of them don't exist anymore... the allegation being KB bought them out so they could shut them down.

Our realtor wouldn't even show us a KB.
