Well I just got back from my trip to Houston and did not get much of a chance to look around. I drove through Pearland, not sure what to make of it. I saw a lot of new business construction, new stores and places to eat. I wish I had more time but didn't.

I grew up in Pearland and it is the best choice for your commute. However, I dont think you will find a house that size with a pool for under 1400. I am a realtor and I suggest you look on har.com to see what is available for the price you want.

the schools in Missouri City are not good unless you live in certain neighborhoods. for the most part it is zoned to Hightower which is not good. You want to be zoned for Clemmens if you are in Missouri City
