How big is your home and is it one storey or two?

Even within Trendmaker's stock, they may have wildly different prices they are willing to take on homes depending on how many specs they have on the ground, whether its a contract to build, which neighborhoods its in, etc. There is no way to tell whether you go a bad price or not relative to some random other house. I would suggest that in this buyer's market, you probably got a decent price. The list prices were probably already discounted on top of what you got. I would say if you are happy with the home and happy with the price originally and you can afford it, quit worrying about it and just enjoy the home.
