an employer not paying his employees on time deserves to be sued for all he`s worth...I know that type...I bet you that employer relies on the fact that ppl don`t quit because is hard to get another job....not paying an employee on time is a gross form of humiliation!

The #1 first sign that a business is struggling to survive is late payroll. Get your resume out there. Keep on their butts to keep up with your checks, because you don't want to be left out in the cold when they shut down and they haven't paid you in a month. No way you'll get your paycheck once they file.
