In midtown/lower westheimer The Fish has the best scenery, but Osaka has the better deal.

I tried Nori Bistro in T&C a couple months ago and didn't like it. Of course this is when Nori on Westhiemer was still open, so maybe they pulled the talent in from there and it's better now. Perhaps I'll give it a second try. But if the prices are still almost double Sushi Jin, I'll pass.
