I filed a complaint against a realestate agent with the TREC because she let the buyer move furniture into my empty house without my permission before the sale was final, even before I accepted the offer. The complaint has been with the TREC for 14 months. Who can I complain to about the TREC? Who governs the TREC?

It is a state agency so complain to your local representative.

(Didn't realize the age of this post until too late. Might as well repost my info since a deleted message is recorded anyway. Maybe it'll help someone else besides the OP.)

Did you escalate the issue with TREC's Commissioner's? Otherwise, the Governors Office and/or the State Senate. TREC - Texas Real Estate Commissioners
