Hi -
I haven't lived in Houston long enough to recall who the local TV "consumer action" folks are...so opinions welcome.
I had an incident regarding my apartment complex that I feel is unfair and I want to contact one of these TV folks if I don't get it resolved. You know who I mean -- the men or women reporters who help resolve complaints and get refunds or justice or whatever...like when a photo studio shuts its doors overnight and then newlyweds can't get their wedding albums, etc.

Many thanks. I am so livid right now that my keyboard is on fire...keep an extinguisher handy as you read this!

We lost our famous action investigator this year. Marvin Zindler was the best! He also famously shut down the chicken ranch in La Grange.
Currently I think they still have the action 13 reports. Check Channel 13 ABC's website

Channel 13's action reporter is Jeff Eling....he is pretty good, considering he had to replace the best that Houston has and will ever see in the late great Marvin Zindler.

But, I think if you have a story worth reporting, you can call any of them, Ch 2, Ch 11, Ch 13 or Ch 26, and they will have someone on the job right away.

I too believe we have some of the best consumer reporters.
You may also want to look at the peopleslawyer.net from Professor Richard Alderman. (he is seen on channel 13) He has a comprehensive site filled with info including issues with apartments.
Also try contacting the local neighborhood newspaper for your area.
