Well we are signing on our Westin Home this week. We are moving into Summerwood. Can anyone give me reviews of the area?

There are a lot of threads about the community. I would do a search and see what people say. From what i have seen people like it.

Tell Blake, that Armando sent you over. You might be able to get some leverage with that. I met him at Discovery and eventually bought from Westin because of Blake.

PM me for details, if you want more info.

That actually happened in my section of WLN. It was supposed to be a mix of Westin and Meritage, but Westin was selling lots like crazy and Meritage sold none....then Meritage sold their remaining lots in our section to Westin. So we now live in a Westin only section...I wish they would have done it sooner because the lot I wanted was a Meritage lot when we built on our lot.

Yes Westin is dominating in the neighborhood were building in. Plantation hasn't sold their inventory nor any new builds. Westin has already acquired some of their lots.

Nice. The barcelona is an amazing floor plan. We saw an inventory home a while back in WLN, and fell in love with Westin's use of space and their design.

Yea we liked it the most out of the smaller sq ft floor plans.

Yes they use the space well. I was also able to talk to the frame guys and they added more useable space in the water heater room, also expanded some storage space in on of the rooms.
