How is the city there? Im curious to know because if I go to college, I'd more than likely be moving there. I'm single, right out of highschool, and the apt. is located in Antoine. I'm only curious to how the area is, and what its near.
Like is it safe? Is it by anything remotely fun to do? etc.

Thanks in advance!!

Where along Antoine Road?

Some of the apartments along Antoine may be a bit sketchy. I do not know any really expensive areas that Antoine goes through.

I'm not sure. I'd be moving from chicago, and there is an engine building school there, and they recomend students to an apartment complex in Antoine. Thats all I really know. I was just curious of the area. Id go look of course, but im looking to see what people think who live in Houston.

Well, Antoine is a street, not an area. So knowing where exactly on Antoine the apartment is would help us give you better info, because it's a pretty long street.

I live right off of Antoine, and in my area, the apartments are not good.

The school is at 1911 Antoine. So where ever that is, I'd like to be somewhere close to that area, in a relatively safe environment.

In that case... The school is near Northbrook High School (in northern Spring Branch).

The apartments around the Memorial villages may be expensive, but generally they should be safer than apartments directly on Antoine.

I agree with Vicman. The further south you go, the better the apartments will be. South of I-10 would be best (which is where Memorial is, as mentioned by Vicman). If you go north of there, the apartments get worse as you go north, esp. north of 290.

Same thoughts here. You can go South and find lots of nice apartments in the Galleria area.
