How can Houston's media market be 11th? Doesnt make too much sense to me. Houston is the 4th largest city, so why is the media market not proportional to the size of the city? Can anyone provide insight?

Houston is the fourth largest city, but is only the sixth largest metro area. CSAs push it down I believe two or three spots as well. Another reason is, that Houston doesn't have as may households as the city above it (probably why Atlanta, though smaller, is ahead).
