I have recently been looking at houses in the Pearland Area. I found a home me and my wife both adore. We are trying to determine a fair asking price and are trying to determine a fair $$.$$/sqf.

What are the best attributes of this community and the surrounding area?

Any potention problems I should be aware of?

Thanks for all of you help!

Ask your realtor for the comps in the neighborhood for the last 6 months. This will give you an idea of what homes are selling for in todays market.

I live in Silvercreek currently and I love this area. Before my office was relocating towards Katy, we had been focusing our entire search for a new home strictly in Silvercreek. The school district, walking trails, and overall feeling of this area are just great. I have been following the market for this subdivsion for almost 10 months now, and have seen some great deals go by and have seen alot of homes that are still on the market today. If you have any questions about the area, I will try and help as much as I can. Good luck with your search.
