If you are on a budget (of sorts) JC Penny has a nice selection of fabrics for custom drape and blind orders. Otherwise, I would find an interior decorator to help with measuring, ordering and installation.

Yeah these huge windows are a huge challenge!! I was sure I was going to have to have everything custom done but with a lot of time and effort on my part I found everything I needed retail. JC Penney's online has 95", 108", and even 120" long drapes with a pretty great selection and very good prices. Target.com also has quite a few 95" curtains, as well as some rods up to 144" long. The rods turned out to be the toughest thing for me. I was able to buy two rods at Home Depot and with a little jerry-rigging I could slide them together to form one 13 ft long rod, and I was able to hide the support brackets behind the curtains. I also lucked out finding a few high quality valances and silk drapes at the Linens N Things closeout...I hadn't measured those windows and took a big risk because there are no returns, but it worked out beautifully...saved me a bundle. "Affordable Window Treatments" is really an oxymoron, but I had a great experience with D&D Drapery. 5000 San Jacinto, 77004. (713) 522-1643, ask for Ashley (a dude).

What is considered pricey? Can someone give a general price of what it cost or would cost to add window treatments to the "huge beautiful windows"?

Well at JCPenney and Home Depot for the rod I spent under $250 for my huge living room windows, I posted a link to a photo of it above. Might have been under $200 I can't recall exactly. The quote I got for custom was over $1000.
