I think it's kinda cool. You can see the building from very far off on the Sam Houston Now. Williams tower looks only a hop and skip from it on the sky line.

I saw it this morning for the first time when visiting Houston (I don't normally drive I-10). It was before sunrise, so it had the colorful neon, which looked kind of cool. But I've seen photos. It's got to be the most hideous structure ever built. It's quite famous on architectural web sites, and the distaste for the building is nearly unanimous among architects.
