Hello - Do ya'll have any recommendations for an attorney for accident involving collision? The other driver was at fault and would like sort it out.

I would very much appreciate it.

Your insurance company should provide your attorney. Have you called them?

Were you injured, or is it just property damage? If it is just property damage and the other driver admits fault, you can probably work it out with the adjuster from the insurance company for the other driver. If it is more complicated, the Houston Lawyer Referral Service is a good place to start www.hlrs.org.

Attorneys are not provided unless you are at fault for the accident and are sued by the person you hit. OP was the victim.
