Not necissarily. On Average, FC is older, but there are some sections that are much more recent than the older portions of NT.

They both have nice trees, though. Both FC and NT are top notch IMO.

I did some more research and the only homes near our price range in Telfair are the patio homes...these are around $250,000 for the most basic and smallest model. Telfair is great, but definately a NO for our price range!
