If you are planning to go - get ready for some MAJOR traffic and MAJOR parking shortages. Went to the Pan Jam festival to hear some music and grab a bite of lunch. The place is packed. Left around 2:30 and traffic on 146 was SOLID from the Boardwalk to beyond Red Bluff. Can't imagine what it will be like tonight. Music wasn't much during the day -- too many breaks of nothing but music being played from cd's. Think tonight will be when to hear the better acts. Last year it was set up at the end of the street and you could meander in and out of the shops. This year, they've closed the parking lot on the left as you turn off of 146 and the location isn't nearly as much fun. Not sure why they decided to do that. AND, there is absolutely zero parking - they are running shuttle lots from the target parking lot. Unbelievable crowd - never seen it so packed.
