Me and my wife is going to move to Katy Texas. We also sign a contract to buy a home as well. After that, we find out about the bad air pollution in Houston. Any idea what we should do or any comment?
Thankyou
KT

Katy is on the West side, so the industrial pollution is not really significant. The pollution from vehicles is similar to any massive city - a smog cloud over downtown, always during rush hour, and sometimes ohter times on a still day. I don't think it would be an overwhelming concern in Katy, but if you have serious asthma problems in the family, the Houston area may not be the best place for you (nor would any other large city).

I don't think you should be bothered by city pollution in
Katy. I wouldn't worry about it.

Yeah, just stay away from the east side as much as you can.
