My husband and I are relocating to the Houston Area. We have two kids, with a third on the way. We are thinking of buying a house in Sienna Plantation. The house is new construction and it is built by Perry Homes. I was hoping someone could offer me some insight to the quailty of their construction.

Thanks for any information!

Perry has a good reputation, and the community is fantastic. The specs for their homes in Sienna are decent, and above what standard tract homes are supplied.

Perry has gorgeous homes. I recently bought in Sienna and ended up buying an Ashton woods, only because the "quick move in" perry homes had powerlines near the back. All in all they are a great builder and usually have great incentives

Can you tell us what kind of incentives you have heard about?

I prefer Princeton Classic Homes in Lake Shore Harbour right down the street from Sienna. Lower taxes too.....2.7

Perry is the "Big Box" builder in TX.
