We also just bought in PMR - we chose the Melbourne with Newmark. Our price range was $200-$250K. We got everything we wanted and more and still stayed well within budget.

The Melbourne is a great plan! We are looking at purchasing that one as well. Cynthia is our salesperson and she has been wonderful to work with. The ONLY downside with that plan is it leaves us without a backyard! My husband is happy about that, less yardwork.

Bought the 2509 with Perry...had trouble finding a lot to actually have a backyard too...I'd recommend that if you want a decent size house in the 55' section to go two story if you can...we didn't want to so we just paid the lot premium....out price range was $180K - $230K
