I don't know of any subdivision at Fry and Park Row. That's all commercial.

Barkers Ridge is actually east of Fry, in between Barker Cypress and Greenhouse Rd. -- sorry for the confusion.

So what sub division is considered Fry and Park Row?

No, I think that Fry and I 10 is busy all the time.

I'm not sure the subdivision has a name- you are talking about the homes surrounding the apartments there? Behind the HEB area?

I've looked into this area "Creek Bend Estates" and according to my research, North of that area seems to be the "newer" and better part of the neighborhood. Along south of that area, Westlake and Spanish Needle, the homes seem older. Overall I think this is a great neighborhood.

My question to all would be: "During heavy or flash flooding, which areas or streets North of I-10 (Katy) are prone to being flooded out?"
