Depends on where you are moving. Very diverse zipcode- close to the freeway, off Fry-Barker Cypress is ok. Further north of Clay, maybe a little iffy.

It will be by Fry Road, I-10, Park Row.

Barkers Ridge? Excellent neighborhood, great price per square foot, maintains value, strong HOA, attentive block captains. Strong community bond.

Time will tell what the opening of Greenhouse Rd. to The Katy will do...but I think it actually might be positive in the long run.

I am not sure its Ridge.

But the crossing street is Park Row and Fry Road. HOA? Block captains for?

Generally, that's an OK area. Homes not quite as large as Barkers Ridge, but I've driven through that area, and it looked ok. Be warned, though. Fry and I 10 is very busy all the time!
