Have you asked management for anything to fix anything? Did they fix it in a timely manner? If so, then you are ok.

Almost every apartment has complaints about the manager on that website. I heard that some managers will plant bad review of competing complexes. The ones with the glowing reviews are just as bad also. They seem to be planted by managers also.

Complaints about parking and crime may be more accurate. I try to confirm it by going to Houston Crime Maps . Every apartment will have crime. Some complexes will have twice as much crime as others.

I have not moved in yet. Well yea, they can create an account and post bad reviews for competition purposes so I think that site needs to do a security check before signin up someone. Normally crimes are less in a educated, high income neighborhoods.
