No one needs to wear a mask. Just wear a name tag with your real name instead of your screen name. No one will have a clue who you are on CityData.

Perhaps real name only (first) and a one line clue underneath, something you posted on before, or related to your handle.... people would have to be real CDers to come even close to guessing. 'Could make for some fun guessing games. If you don't want to reveal your CD handle, you can just say, 'sorry, wrong guess'.

I've wondered a few times what some of you folks are like in real life. It could be interesting. Can't you see us at a bar having ritas while getting into heated discussions about local politics? Gulp. I wonder who would be the loudest/funniest of the bunch?

I have nothing to hide so I'm in. However, make sure the venue is pet-friendly. Like many know-it-all discussion group regulars I'm actually not a middle-aged man but a small black-and-white dog named Brian.
