Funny because I live in Cinco SW (since 07) and NEVER go to Wal-Mart. Maybe twice, tops. That corner is very inconvient to me, as I never have a reason to head South. And when I do I can't get out of the dang parking lot and back home without going the wrong direction on 99, etc...

I do find myself on Mason Rd a lot though. My favorite grocery/gas is Kroger on Mason/Westheimer Pkwy. Usually I pick one day a week for groceries and hit Fiesta, Randalls, Kroger, HEB all at once and am home and done in less than 2 hours. I also like SuperTarget.

But nope... Wal Mart is NEVER on my radar...

Actually there are two gas stations going up at the FM 1093 and 723 area. One is North of FM 1093 by Cinco and the other is just south of FM 1093 by Westheimer Lakes.

Also, It would be nice if Thor Equities update their status on the Shoppes at Cinco Ranch.

Default The Maarket at Cross Creek Ranch

If you look at pg. 3 of the following link, it has information over Read King's plans for the HEB anchored shopping center.

It looks like there is going to be a 45,000 sq. ft gym going in. Does anyone have any idea on which gym it may be? If I had to guess, I would imagine an LA fitness.

This PDF if for the shops at Cinco Ranch which will be across the street, I can't find any site plan from Read King for the Market at Cross Creek Ranch.

I have a planned pdf somewhere on it. I'll have to find it. Restaurants, the usual store front stuff, and other shopping. Some medical is planned and office space is also on there. I'll see if I can find that pdf tomorrow.

Rip, I have looked all over I can't find that pdf file.

I know there are the usual shops planned, bank, store front, etc. I will see if I can touch base with Read King and get some info.
