There are so many great places that will be offered on this thread. I'm partial to Liberty Kitchen as of late.

Saks 5th avenue has bottomless Mimosas on Sundays. That can be fun.

My favorite is Backstreet. It's a great crowd.

Royal Oak if you want a party with a DJ
Saint Genevieve is the hot spot now, but too trendy for my taste
Cyclone Anaya's in Midtown (Farrago was good atmosphere with average with bottomless mimosas but they just closed)
Majorca Bistro
Liberty Kitchen
Triniti (a little pricey but very good)
Backstreet Cafe
The Grove
Baba Yega is excellent, but not much of a party scene

Most of these places offer bottomless mimosas/bellini, cheap mimosa pitchers, or bloody mary bars. Go find a place with a patio and you can't go wrong.

It is too bad Farrago closed. I enjoyed that place and it used to be the place to go with hot chicks a few years ago.

Last time I was there, the place was a madhouse. Loud, obnoxious customers and poor service. That place definitely was not the trendy Midtown spot it used to be. I can see how Farrago would have been hard pressed to find good employees to put up with the train wreck that place had become.

Backstreet Cafe

Downhouse
Brennan's for fancier
Hugo's if you want buffet
Benjy's

There are so many good brunch places in houston to choose from. Make sure to call to see if you need a reservation though. Waits can be long.
