Whats up with this? Don't they have anything to do? Sometimes I see them sitting there doing nothing in the heat.

The kids are out of control in the parking lot.
They also stare at you when you walk by.

'Sorry to say, when you have that, you are looking at trouble. People with idle time, hanging out in the heat just to pass the time, and then stare you down have nothing better to do than to look for "opportunities".

They're being "green" by not driving to work every day, or sitting inside in air conditioning. They are saving the environment. Cut them some slack, man.

I hate that crap. I be having my friends and family come over and I got idiots hanging over the balcony whistling and trying to holla at them.

It's even more annoying when people decide to play football in the damn parking lot, when half of those bastards can't throw or catch for ****.

Put a big dent in my damn car! I almost got into a fight because I got onto them about that.

There are parks inside the apartments. That is where they should hang out and play.
