I talked to a friend who said that his subdivisions has depreciated drastically because of the road work between two phases not being complete. He said that there's no thru-fare to the main access which secludes his home from the rest of the world. This is causing people to use the area as a dump site. Most recently someone dumped a dead cow in the area.

Post Doesn't the subdivision developer build the roads? Rather than the home builders?

I agree with AK123. Unless Royce was the developer of the subdivision's infrastructure, they can't be blamed for the road problems.

Actually, Royce did begin buying raw land and developing their own communities and lot supply several years ago. Unfortunately, they weren't very good at that, either.
