That's exactly what I was saying a couple of days ago on this same thread. This area has been under-served for decades and finally the city as well as the county are waking up.

Most of the reason why Lee lost so many people is because 1,000 went to Westside High School when it opened in 2000.

While the hospital is in Sharpstown, it would be very convenient for Gulfton and other communities to the southwest and far west.
