Well, there's gonna be a public ceremony at 9:30 a.m. at downtown's Wortham Theater Center for our new mayor. She was sworn in today, but it was just a private ceremony. I just thought I'd let ya all know. Should be an exciting ceremony.
I'll be there... once I figure out where that is

Thanks for the advice! I hate to admit it, but I had to ask my husband what a Terrible Towel is.

Go Steelers!

Totally random but is the Inwood area that is frequently mentioned here the same as the area around Voss/Westheimer? Behind Thai Spice restaurant, to be exact. My GPS sent me through the neighborhood behind Thai Spice & I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely the area & homes are.

No Inwood Forest is north of I-10,West of 45 but inside the Beltway.

The area you wandered into is priced at 400k-2 million. Briarbend or Charnwood are the subdivision names. Yes, very nice area.

I'm done not talking about the past, and I want to come clean. Off and on for the last three years I've used steroids, which may have inflated my post count, reputation points and/or ego. Please don't hold this against me when you vote on my candidacy for the city-data.com Hall of Fame.

Thanks! Now that you mentioned the price-point, it makes a lot more sense. The prices I'd seen on HAR for Inwood Forest certainly didn't gel with what I saw!

Canseco talks about who he injected but I'm the one who introduced him to it. I started everything.

I was on the juice for all those photo threads. (But my camera's not corked.) How do you think I walked that far? But I insist, my steroid use did not improve my performance.
