I enrolled my son in a new school and he lives less than two miles but more than one mile. I wanted to know if there is private bus service that might be able to pick him up from home and drop him off as well.

Is it a public school? If it is they provide bus service but you will have to pay since he is less than 2 miles away. None of the private schools I know of provide bus service. If you live in a neighborhood you could try to form a car pool with other parents. Hope these ideas help!

How old is your kid? He can't walk a mile and a half to school? Maybe you should get him a bike. That trip on a bike would take less than five minutes.

I have the same problem...I enrolled my son into a new public school this year that we aren't zoned to and can't seem to find a service to help him...I had a baby and it is now time for me to return to work and need a service that can pick him up and bring him home....Is there anyone who might be able to help...have tried Garcia, Flores, Montante, Huerta and a couple other no luck..

People I know have used day care centers for before and after care, with drop off and pick up services at the school.

You might get a stay at home parent in your area to do pick up/ drop off for a fee or swapping for evening baby sitting.
