I use the Ocean Nose Drops. They are a LIFE SAVER! Clears all that stuff out of your passages and off the little hairs. Fall is the worst for me, and its so depressing becacuse its my favorite season. I found Ocean 2 years ago and it's made a huge different.

Also you can keep Ocean in your purse and not cause a whole "Neti" scene.

Also, on Claritin daily.

OMG! The Neti Pot!

Oprah recently had an audience member demonstrate how to use this thing. You pour water into one nostril & wait for it to drain out the other one! It looked so ewwww. However, the doctor on the show said it's the best thing you can do your your nose to lessen problems with sinus & allergies.

Saw it live on Oprah & that fixed my ewwwww quota for the year!

I'm still traumatized from using that little blue nose sucker on my babies. Lol!

Grasses and now ragweed have been high for the past week or so ...you can get e-mail alerts for your zip code each day from pollen . com if you sign up - and the neti pot really does help if you use it regularly.
