Part of the reason is that the Dr Phil Show is one of the more expensive syndicated programs on the air, and I think stations are trying to keep costs down. I thought he did pretty well on Channel 2, and I'm a little surprised the station didn't keep him. It was the perfect place for him before Local 2 News at 4. But the expense of running the program could be the reason.

In addition, there's a chance Channel 26 may pick it up. Maybe.
