Saying that austin has problems too doesn't have anything to do with Houstons own problems. It's irrelevant.
I realize that manufacturing is the bulk of the particulate pollution here (which causes the high cancer rates btw) but most of the ozone pollution is from cars.

It is pretty relevant since, why are you making a big deal about Houston when there are plenty of other cities that share similar problems.

And since you realize how "manufacturing is the bulk of the particulate pollution here", can you please tell me how most of the ozone pollution is from cars and how it is made from cars, opposed to freight trucks.
