In N Out fries are the best when they're done right. But a lot of times they're undercooked and soft. You can order well done fries, one of the more mundane items on the "secret" menu, but it doesn't always seem to help.

Well-done totally changes the In and Out fries. The comment about Arby fries is certainly a joke...Kind of like Pizza Hut make the best pizza.

Oh, it's no joke. I don't like I&O fries. I will admit I'm a little too smitten with Arby's fries, however.

Arby's makes the worst fries of any fast food joint- they taste a day old and overdone, no matter what location you go to. I guess the roast beef concept is supposed to make up for the lackluster fries.

They did a background story on Five Guys in this months Inc. magazine. They seem to take a lot of pride in the quality of their fries.

SIAP, but looks like a 5 guys is coming to the clear lake area. There is a sign up where they are doing construction at the Nasa Pkwy/Saturn Ln intersection across from JSC. Just noticed it today.
