I'd have to say Houston ranked way too low for weather. There are a lot of cities above them I'd consider worse. Especially San Francisco. I hate their weather.

Yeah, I'd tend to agree Houston is ranked too low but it's really all about your perspective and preferences I guess. I have to admit I'm jealous of Denver when I leave low 60s in mid-July for mid 90s with humidity in Houston. Pretty sure most people would agree with that one. But why is Dallas ranked so much worse than Houston? Tornado risk perhaps?
Anyway, weather is one of those topics everyone can disagree on so you just end up with a circular debate...I'll stop mine here.
