If you're going slow in the left lane, I'll go on the right lane and pass you.
Go for it. Nobody said you couldn't. I just said I won't be moving for you.

Seriously, what's the problem? If the posted speed limit is 30, then just do us all a favor and don't go 10.
Nobody drives 10 mph.

That's not too much to ask for.
Well, then, we understand each other. You don't go over 30 in the neighborhood, and I won't go under it.

You would be surprised.

Oh goodie! We can compare pics. I'll have already taken one of your license plate.
You can do that. Just nothing you can do with it.

I'd ask the same for you...thankfully I've got more than a few years' experience on you as far as driving goes. I'm sure I can handle it.
You were judging people about their "reckless" driving, I didn't.

If you read the original question, his first problem indicated he was passing in a subdivision. All of my replies have been about that. Going slow in a subdivison is a given. Speed limits are never more than 30 in a subdivision (at least none that I know about). When I go slow I am going 25 or 30: I am not going less than that. Again, if you are in that much of a hurry than you shouldn't be driving. And I have complained to the city and seen many of those people that speed given tickets! I am talking about driving in subdivisions so relax! And no I am not slow! Thank you very much!

Actually all he talked about was parking in the subdivision....a later poster brought up general speeding which I didn't respond to. Pay attention!

No, not really. That's called sarcasm

Nobody "drives like an idiot". Did somebody here say he/she did not obey the speed limit? That would be understandable then.
Everything here seems to turn into a big fight every single time. Just gotta look at the language people use.

You must not drive very much then, or you'd know this is patently false.

When I see somebody not driving like an idiot I consider it an exception to the rule.

I was talking about this thread. That's why I said: "Did somebody here say..." Didn't mean to say people in Houston are perfect drivers.

Hm, how about the kid who started it? It's not the first time he's admitted to assclownery behind the wheel.

He said on page 2 that he wasn't speeding. There are enough people who get an attitude when you pass them. I wasn't there, so I can't say who did what.
I just find it unnecessary using this language. Cause then I'm asking myself who the real kid here is. Btw, don't mean your post.
