Why are you bringing back up a topic that was resolved back in Nov? That was cleared up and no I did not know where it was but had read on this here board that there was one.

As for Fall Creek, no it is not my cup of tea. Just like Eagle Springs is not your cup of tea. I do not hunt down threads to say bad things abt FC if that is what you are thinking. People post wanting to get facts and opinions if they have not been to the area before. So be it.

As I have stated before I just do not like the area it is in and the fact that it is right on top of the Beltway. That is a plus for many but not for me. I also do not like the HUGE power lines or the apartment complexes all blocking the community. Sue me. Again just my opinion. Did not know we were not allowed to share our opinions.

As for the Prison, it is the exact same distance depending on where you live in the communities. I just mapped it to the shortest distance into both hoods and it exactly 3.5 miles via google maps. We have a Crime Watch, private police patrols as well and are told as well we are one of the lowest so with that said we are probably tied. The only thing I ever said abt the crime in FC was the convo that was had with a FC resident. Not hear say! I also only post when I see articles in the Atascocita Observer so if they are lying then go to them.

Lets agree to disagree and to continue loving our hoods and loving the ability to share our opinions in a respectful manner! People make up their own minds up abt communities after they visit them. All of them have pros and cons and that all depends on who you are talking to because for each person it differs. So yes I LOVE Eagle Springs and if I did not than I would not have purchased yet again in this community!

I didn't know Wilshire homes was bad -- had looked at one in Tuscan Lakes - model appeared nice. However, Wilshire pulled out and is no longer building there.

Wilshire is toast. Doesn't exist anymore.

Sad but true they went belly up. Now I am sure you can get a great deal on all of their foreclosed homes though the ones here are just sitting. We purchased before they collapsed and love our home. No issues that were not resolved before hand. We just had a bad coil in the upstairs AC unit but Capital Air honored their warranty and fixed it at no charge a few weeks back!
