Must be in Friendswood or League city City. Does anybody know? I heard it's exit 518 on I-45 South. Can't find their website ( if they have one).

Unless you are talking about something else....King Ranch makes up a large portion of the southern part of Texas. It's HUGE. But it's down closer to McAllen (between Corpus Christi and McAllen area).

King Ranch

Really. King Ranch is a brand name now. I wonder how they got away with it.

Sometimes these MPC names are just too much.

Ok, I was just told it's King Ranch. Never heard of "King Ranch" before, though. So that didn't ring a bell when I heard it. No idea.

Do you know the West Ranch?

Well it is the newest product in Friendswood which is pretty land locked so it cant grow and grow like other burbs. This is one of the newest neighborhoods zoned to FISD which is the best in the area IMO. It is high end,or it was intended to be that way...I dont know what the economy has had on those plans.

West Ranch developed by Friendswood Development Company who also developed Kingwood.

Houston Real Estate Development Company | New Houston Communities

Link to the West Ranch neighborhood and map is on that page.
