Any one has any first hand experience with the above apartment complex located at:

Gables Of First Colony
225 Fluor Daniel Drive
Sugar Land, TX 77479.

The online reviews are so bad but it's hard to completely trust them as they may be competition or disgruntled residents.

Thanks.

Gables is a reputable company (I've rented from them several times) a little on the expensive side though, especially in that particular area. Sugar Land doesn't have many apartment communities because zoning ordinances are so strict there.

Well there are a lot of "Gables" apartments in Sugar Land, some on Lexington, some off of Settler's Way, so much sure you're not getting a review of those. The Gables on Fluor Daniel Dr(and most apartments on Fluor Daniel) are nice and somewhat new, but they're a bit pricey.
