I've never heard of anything like this before. 9800 block of Bissonnet? Makes Mayberry look like East St. Louis. Why, I walk around there every day in an Armani suit with two fistfuls of crisp $100 bills, singing at the top of my lungs "I'M IN THE MONEY! I'M IN THE MONEY!" and I go break one at Timmy Chan's for a $5 meal, just so I feel like some kind of hotshot. I can't believe this wasn't posted earlier. So now we know no place is safe. everyone stay inside and lock the doors, turn off the lights and pretend nobody's home. On second thought, don't. They might break in and steal your stuff.
