Well, that could be But I kind of doubt a realtor gets you into a place when you couldn't have done it alone. If your credit sucks etc. , then I don't think a realtor can talk them into something. I could be wrong.

I have rented most of my places by getting in my car and driving around the area that I wanted to live in. If there are apt. complexes, stop in and talk to the manager. You might also see "For Rent" signs that you can call on. It's time consuming and uses gas, but it works.

I did that today. Was so much better though. Pictures just lie! And I even found a very beautiful street with cafes, shops etc. I didn't know about that area before.
