I agree sex is a good workout, probably the best. Not to stereotype but obese people probably aren't getting good sex unless they're lucky enough to find someone who truly just loves big people or someone who finds beauty skin deep.
The Mens Fitness magazine claim for Houston being the fattest city in America has always been bogus. What i find ironic is people still view Houston as the fattest city and Houston hasn't been #1 on that list for several years now. Furthermore, i bet people outside Houston would dispute the way Mens Fitness calculates obesity if it ranked Houston one of the skinniest cities in America!

If I remember correctly, Men's Health goes by things such as how many gyms people have access to and that sort of stuff. Yeah, it's flawed the way they do/did their study, but there are plenty of fatties here.
