Umm...no. Florida has nearly 1 million Cubans. NYC and NJ just barely have 100k.

I have relatives in North Carolina & a lot of Florida Cubans are there, esp. in Charlotte. I'll have to check out Flor de Cuba, any other good Cuban restaurants in Houston?

I'm surprised that Houston doesn't have a large Cuban population due to its large Hispanic population.

El Ray Taqueria also serves Cuban food and they have four locations in Houston. I have not tried the other places mentioned though.
