The NTRCA board voted 3-2 (with one abstaining) to cease negotiations with T-Mobile regarding a cell tower at the maintenance yard or at The Club.

I'd guess it's at least 100 years old. There are still several standing along FM 1464 up by the Westpark, so I don't understand why this one couldn't be saved too. Yeah, I'm a tree-hugger.

No, north of New Territory on FM 1464 on the way up to Austin High. But it's probably one of the biggest oak trees in the entire area.
