I totally agree. 70/75 in the left lane is not slow. there are always people going 80+ that get all snitty because the lanes aren't clear for them to keep a steady high speed. That's part of the LA personality that is taking the basic southern personality away from the south. In Denver, they made it a ticketed offense to drive under 70 in the left/passing lanes. They should probably do that here, too. But if someone is driving in the middle or right lanes at 60-70 then noone should be complaining. People in Texas didn't think "Oh, we should make our driving habits similar to people moving from Cali or another country so they will be happy" When they got licenses. I don't think all Southerners are in a hurry to get nowhere. It's just a personality thing.

They are driving slow for 3 reasons, they are elderly, they are illegal and afraid of getting pulled over and taken back to mexico or they are on their cell phones.

I have lived here all my life. I hate driving in houston, half the time there are no street signs and when there are you cant see them until you've passed them. Also can we invest in a cleaning crew. I recently drove to dallas, that's when I realized what a filthy city we truely are. Our freeways are filled with clutter and debris. I am ready to move.
